Our 5th year will likely be our biggest as each year we have grown by 25% or more. With the addition of the long course, and the kids tri on Saturday, we expect many families will make it a weekend in here in Spicer. For lodging, and other fun events, click here.

There will be no race day registrations this year so make a commitment and sign up now! Registrations will stop at 700 entries or August 6th, 2008.  Our outdoor concert is scheduled at Melvin's for Aug 9th, and free to all athletes! Enjoy the sounds of "Jonah and the Whales".
